  2. Free Standard Shipping (EMS) – Free on orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 business days after processing.

How can I track my order?

For Express Delivery (DHL/FedEx), you’ll receive real-time updates from when your order leaves our facility to its arrival.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
For hygiene reasons, certain items like swim caps and goggles may only be returned if unopened in their original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return:

  3. Package your return securely with the authorization number clearly visible
