Shipping Information
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Order Processing: 1-2 business days
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our performance swimwear with a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. All items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following performance items cannot be returned:
- All Swim Caps
- Swim Masks & Goggles
- Technical Suits with removed tags or packaging

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including:
- Return shipping address: 2505 North Hampton Court, Fayetteville, US 72703
- Recommended carrier (customer pays return shipping unless item is faulty)
- Return authorization number to include with your package
Step 3: Processing
Upon receipt at our facility, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.
Refund Timeline & Methods
We process refunds with the speed of an Olympic relay handoff:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing (timing depends on your financial institution)
- Original Payment Method: All refunds go back to your original payment source
Exchanges
For size or style exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly indicate your preferred replacement item
- We’ll ship the new item once the return is received (additional charges may apply for price differences)
For fastest service, we recommend placing a new order while processing your return.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We cannot refund original shipping charges
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (unacceptable for our high-performance standards):
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll cover return shipping and expedite your replacement
